Biography
Kyle George is the National Political Director at EarnIn, and a Professor of Practice in the School of Public Policy & Leadership at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Kyle previously served as Nevada’s First Assistant Attorney General under Attorney General Aaron Ford, where he was supervised over the divisions responsible for legal representation of Nevada’s State Agencies, Boards, and Commissions. In this role, Kyle also served as legal counsel to Nevada’s constitutional officers.
As a lawyer, Kyle has served as General Counsel to the Nevada Governor, counsel and policy advisor to two Members of Congress, a Chief Deputy District Attorney, and as a litigator in private practice. He currently advises clients on state and federal regulatory matters, and assists with government affairs and relations. He is also active in his community, where he serves as Chapter President of the Las Vegas Alumni Chapter (Theta Pi Lambda Chapter) of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and as legal counsel to the Las Vegas Branch of the NAACP.
Kyle earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and he holds bachelor and master’s degrees in Chemistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
