Biography
Jil Littlejohn currently serves as the first female President and CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate, Inc., a $1.9 million organization. Her role allows her to combine her passion for people and community into a job she loves.
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, she received undergraduate training in Seville, Spain, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies for Business from Wofford College and her MBA from Webster University. She is fluent in Spanish and has studied Japanese.
Community involvement is second nature to Ms. Littlejohn. She has been actively involved with numerous nonprofits locally and nationally, and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is the youngest member of the Greenville City Council, one of only two minorities on the council, and serves as Mayor Pro Tem.
Ms. Littlejohn is passionate about youth development and committed to be the change to engage and encourage young people.
